CPES welcomes TriQuint Semiconductor, Inc.
TriQuint Semiconductor, Inc. has joined CPES as a Principal Plus Member, and is sponsoring a fellowship on “GaAs pHEMT’s for Low Voltage High Frequency DC-DC Converters,” working in collaboration with Prof. Paul Chow at CPES – Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
