CPES invited talk on "Power Electronics -- Trends, Challenges and Opportunities" at Fairchild Semiconductor Technology Conference
CPES Director, Fred C. Lee, gave an invited talk on September 30, 2008, at the Fairchild Semiconductor Technology Conference in Pasadena, California, and presented the CPES perspective on the current state of power conversion and how it might impact various new applications or forms of energy.
The presentation, entitled "Power Electronics -- Trends, Challenges and Opportunities," was given to approximately 200 Fairchild technologists in process development, package development, circuit design, device design, applications, and test. The majority of the attendees are focused on power - AC-DC and DC-DC conversion, regulation, digital power, lighting applications, and high voltage ICs.
The presentation is made available to Principal and Associate members via password access.
