High School Programs
North Carolina A&T State University and Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute
CPES organizes summer programs in power electronics for high school students who have completed either their junior or senior year. The purpose of the summer internship is to expose students to science and technology through the study of power electronics. Each student is assigned a mentor who will design a research program suitable for the student's level of knowledge and ability. Participants are selected based on their grade point average, relevant experience, and the strength of supporting letters and other documentation.
